Job summary

Elemental Brands is seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service role in Reno, NV. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, handling order entry to support same-day shipping goals and maintaining thorough documentation of all interactions.

As a cross-functional collaborator, you will work with Distribution, Accounting, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve shipment hurdles and ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED, or equivalent experience and training are typically required.
• Minimum of two (2)years of order entry and customer service experience in a complex environment, while contributing in a growing capacity.
• Order entry experience is preferred, but not required.
• Enjoys order entry and has very strong data entry skills.
• Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous/detailed oriented.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; learns and synthesizes information quickly.
• Is adaptable and flexible.
• Is a dependable professional who has great attention to detail.
• Works quickly and efficiently with a high degree of quality.
• Is comfortable on the phone.
• Has excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Ability to analyze a problem, solicit input to seek alternative solutions, and recommend/implement solutions.
• Capability to engage in constructive conflict resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs order entry according to standard operating procedures and the Company's same-day shipping goal.
• Responds to customers promptly via phone and email.
• Documents conversations concisely yet with enough detail that others can understand what transpired upon review.
• Effectively responds to and prioritizes multiple requests for service from customers and colleagues alike.
• Collaborates with the Distribution Center, Accounting, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. as directed by the Leadership team.
• Provides training and guidance to the Order Management Specialists.
• Interacts and engages with Operations and Shipping departments to resolve shipment issues and ensure orders and products are shipping on time and accurately.
• Proactively communicates issues back to management and follows order management processes.
• Appropriately escape more complex and/or sensitive customer issues to the Leadership Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
