Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong data entry, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customers' names, addresses, and product details into the order entry system; verify product numbers and specifications.
• Enter physician information and new medication orders and refills.
• Respond to customer inquiries and forward escalated concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with preparation and shipment of orders to designated locations.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy; ensure data integrity.
