Job summary

KELTEC, a Northeast Ohio filtration company, is hiring an Order Entry Associate in Hudson,OH. You will enter customer orders into the ERP (NetSuite), verify pricing, and ensure data accuracy to support Sales and Operations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of order entry or admin experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Core hours are 8:00am–5:00pm, with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in order entry or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer purchase orders into the ERP, NetSuite.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Maintain digital records of orders and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
