Job summary

LION is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to support the Customer Sales and Support team. You will accurately process orders, maintain order quality, and help ensure timely fulfillment for customers and internal stakeholders.

You will collaborate with customers, Dealers, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve issues, review order details, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and data entry experience required.
• Ability to understand technical products and pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process orders quickly and accurately within assigned regions.
• Meet productivity and quality KPIs.
• Validate order information for completeness and pricing accuracy.
• Collaborate with customers, Dealers, Sales and CS to resolve issues.
• Support other OE regions when backlogged and assist onboarding of new hires.
• Participate in ISO audits and documentation updates.
