Job summary

New Gen Products, part of Flow Control Group, is seeking an Order Processor in Irving, TX. You will enter customer purchase orders, verify details, and coordinate with sales, shipping, and accounting to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and experience in data entry or order processing, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills in English; Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in data entry, order processing, or administrative support preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Proficient with ERP/order management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Verify order details for pricing, product codes, and quantities.
• Coordinate with sales, shipping, accounting, and warehouse teams.
• Provide timely updates on order status and product availability.
• Maintain customer records and generate invoices and shipping documents.
• Troubleshoot order issues and escalate when needed.
