Job summary

Brook & Whittle Ltd. is seeking an Order Entry Clerk to accurately enter customer orders into our order management system, verify pricing and product availability, and communicate with sales and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is the minimum education.
• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• General computer skills and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system.
• Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability.
• Communicate order details to sales and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain product knowledge to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure compliance with ordering policies and procedures.
• Handle special accounts and procedures as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
