Job summary

You will enter and process orders, verify details, coordinate with production and shipping, and maintain accurate records in company systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, data entry, or administrative roles.
• Experience in apparel, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments is a plus.
• Strong typing and data-entry accuracy.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable with attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review order details, quantities, item information, and shipping instructions.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and questions.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely orders.
• Update customer and order information in company systems.
• Assist with order corrections, discrepancies, returns, or other customer service needs.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Support general administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
