Qualifications

Experience in garment sewing or apparel finishing is preferred.
Ability to operate commercial sewing machines and pressing equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow patterns and instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform sewing, folding, pressing, and garment finishing according to production specifications.
Operate commercial sewing machines and pressing equipment as assigned.
Inspect garments for stitching, appearance, quality, and proper finishing.
Trim threads, make minor adjustments, and complete finishing tasks as needed.
Properly fold and prepare finished garments for packaging or shipment.
Follow patterns, work orders, and detailed production instructions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality.
