Job summary

Deposita, an Allied Universal Company, is hiring an Order Entry Analyst to support onboarding of new customers, process vendor and customer invoices, and manage inbound service requests for KOYUS updates. The role covers creating reports, updating PeopleSoft, and providing Excel-based custom reports to align billing with strategic accounts.

The candidate will supervise a team, ensure accuracy, and maintain deadlines while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in a centralized customer service or billing environment.
• Experience with billing/receivables, vendor management, and payable processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pipeline of service requests and route or complete items.
• Create, sort, and distribute periodic reports in a timely manner.
• Create customized invoices and reports as assigned.
• Support onboarding of new customers and invoicing processes.
• Serve as liaison with requestors on status issues.
