Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience processing sales orders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills across teams.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems (Solomon, SAP, Salesforce).
• Proficient in Excel formulas, pivots, and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Review all product orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Process activity through the order entry mailbox and enter orders into SAP.
• Create budgets in Excel from data in Big Machines for revenue recognition.
• Review and submit service maintenance orders to internal teams.
• Log and track recurring monthly revenue for Sales Compensation.
• Assist sales with ordering/documentation questions.
• Maintain project files on SharePoint; review change orders and cancellations.
