Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented order sample representative to support our daily office operations in Clifton, NJ. This role handles data entry, order processing, invoice tracking, record management, and coordination with internal teams, sales personnel, and 3PL partners.

You will work on processing customer orders, maintaining records, and assisting with sample processing and shipment prep.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or similar support role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with invoice processing and basic accounting procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Spanish language skills are a HUGE plus!

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate order entry and data entry tasks.
• Process and submit customer orders and warehouse documents.
• Track, monitor, and submit invoices in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and office support duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments, sales representatives, and 3PL partners.
• Support sample processing, packing, and shipment preparation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation and transactions.
