Equiliem is seeking an Operations Coordinator in South Bend, IN to support day-to-day fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and admin operations. You will process shipments, coordinate carrier pickups, maintain inventory records, and resolve fulfillment issues.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable using spreadsheets, ERP systems, and operational tracking tools in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, shipping, logistics, or admin support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work independently with spreadsheets, data, trackers and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily fulfillment and shipping activities.
• Create shipping labels and process orders using ERP systems.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and resolve shipping issues.
• Enter and maintain shipment tracking information in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts for samples, materials, and office items.
• Monitor packaging supplies and reorder materials as needed.
• Support cross-functional teams with day-to-day operational needs.
• Provide professional and responsive support to internal stakeholders and customers.
