Equiliem is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Poway, CA to manage inquiries, process orders, provide quotes, and coordinate fulfillment with production teams.

You will communicate with customers and third-party vendors, maintain accurate records, and help ensure orders deliver on time while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to meet departmental performance metrics and applicable industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work efficiently within a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Distribution or manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer emails and incoming calls, responding promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and process customer orders.
• Place orders and provide order acknowledgements efficiently and accurately while supporting sales targets.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time and according to established standards.
• Initiate returns and exchanges while addressing customer needs and maintaining departmental standards and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing responsive and professional customer service.
• Support repeat business through effective customer communication and service.
• Coordinate with production teams to help ensure customer deadlines and delivery requirements are met.
