Job summary

Miconestaffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a manufacturing facility office environment. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, assist with inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Experience working within an ERP system.
• Solid Excel skills, including creating spreadsheets and using formulas.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by phone, email, and online.
• Enter and manage orders accurately within an ERP system.
• Answer questions regarding pricing, orders, accounts, and delivery status.
• Communicate changes in pricing, quantities, or shipping dates to customers.
• Set up new customer accounts and assist with account documentation.
• Process invoices, credits, adjustments, returns, and rebilling.
• Coordinate with production, materials, inventory, technical support, and shipping teams.
• Follow customer requests through from initial contact to resolution.
• Assist with phones, reception, and general administrative support as needed.
