Eillien’s Candies, Inc. seeks an Entry Level Customer Service Specialist to join the warehouse team in Green Bay, WI. This role handles order entry, status tracking, pricing, credits, and invoicing while supporting the sales team on special projects.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in day-to-day tasks. Strong organizational skills and professionalism are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service, management, and/or sales experience is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point is required.
• Previous experience in the food industry is strongly desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately and timely, communicating with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance for customer-related issues by answering questions or escalating to the Account Manager as needed.
• Research credits, deductions, and chargebacks and advise internal teams to minimize future issues.
• Complete and communicate necessary customer forms or portals for new items, price changes, and other item maintenance.
