Job summary

Eillien’s Candies in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Entry-level Bulk Product Specialist to run the line and manage bulk product from mixing to shipping. You will verify product, operate pallet jacks, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while following GMP guidelines.

This seasonal, 1st shift position requires accuracy in daily paperwork and teamwork to keep the line feeding continuously. High school diploma preferred; training on powered equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write accurately.
• Pallet Jack operation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work on an assembly line.
• Apply food safety and employee safety guidelines in all performance measures.
• Keep pace with the team to minimize stoppage on line.
• Ability to count, measure, and apply basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication.

Responsibilities

• The job involves dumping bulk products into mixing bins and ensuring the correct product is in the bins.
• Track running to ensure finished boxes are removed from the production line and palletized for shipment.
• Complete daily paperwork with accuracy.
• Assist with general room cleaning, inventory, and work in all production rooms.
