Job summary

SLB in Sugar Land, Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide and maintain updated information for customers and support sales order entries. You will monitor open orders, coordinate with production, and ensure accurate invoicing and asset delivery tracking.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business. SAP knowledge is a plus, with a focus on data integrity and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin/Business or equivalent.
• Proficient use of Excel and data management.
• Experience dealing with internal stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain updated information for customers.
• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
• Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
• Resolve licensing issues from customers and record in the support database.
• Maintain data integrity in the SAP database.
• Support continuous improvement using Manufacturing System tools.
