Job summary

SLB is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide and maintain updated information for customers in a fast-paced environment. You will support customer service functions, enter sales orders, and collaborate with Production, Buyers, and Planners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Proficiency in Excel and SAP data handling is important, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Excel and data/document handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain updated information for customers.
• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
• Maintain record of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
• Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record in support database.
• Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the SAP database.
