Job summary

SLB New Energy & Industrial is seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to support our Data Center infrastructure solutions business. You will manage all system transactions related to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing for delivery and invoicing.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service or order management, experience with ERP/SAP, and strong attention to detail to support revenue realization and project alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, materials, or related operational environment.
• Experience processing customer orders, sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, or other transactional activities.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage all new bookings in the system to ensure accurate planning and execution.
• Maintain alignment between sales orders, WBS, and project requirements.
• Lead and manage warranty and aftermarket order demand.
