Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage administrative tasks for customer service and sales order processing. You will provide status updates for open orders and coordinate with Production and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and strong Excel skills along with effective communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience: 3-5 years.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing and liaising with internal stakeholders.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative functions supporting customer service and sales order entries.
• Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production.
• Maintain records of asset delivery progress and invoicing.
• Interact with Production, Buyer and Planner for follow-up of customer orders.
• Resolve licensing issues from customers and record in the support database.
• Maintain and improve data integrity in the SAP database.
• Apply Manufacturing System guidelines and tools to drive continuous improvement, where applicable.
