Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required.

• SAP experience is preferred.
• 1–3 years experience with inside/outside sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming calls, emails, and texts for quotes, price, delivery and orders.
• Answer questions related to product offerings.
• Develop, document, audit, and maintain customer activity in SAP.
• Maintain data entry on orders and verify accuracy.
• Maintain electronic records and files.
• Identify and respond to urgent issues with timely solutions.
• Build relationships with customers and internal departments to drive excellence.
• Understand metrics and reports as provided by management.
• Look to upsell and increase sales volume.
• Gather information from vendors and internal departments to inform customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
