Job summary

TEKsystems in Reading, PA is seeking a contract-to-hire Customer Accounts Specialist to manage post-sale activities, obtain required documents, coordinate with field locations and shops, and ensure accurate invoicing and payments.

You will enter sales data into Salesforce.com and Fleetnet, update Microsoft Access and Excel reports, respond to customer inquiries, and support multiple teams across North America to keep orders on track.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure paperwork is completed.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers, sales reps, and field locations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software for records and reports.
• Attention to detail in invoicing and document completion.
• Ability to adapt to high workload and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain documents to legally close sales and coordinate with teams.
• Update customers on progress and collect payments.
• Invoicing and entering sales information into Salesforce.com and Fleetnet.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness with field locations and shops.
• Answer calls and maintain reports in Microsoft Access and Excel.
