TEKsystems is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Processing Representative in Waunakee, WI. This role focuses on processing orders, answering product questions, providing quotes, and coordinating with engineering, production, and warehouse teams to support customized products.

New hires start in an Order Processing Representative position, building product knowledge and training in company systems before taking on broader customer-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service, order entry, or customer support experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to think analytically and learn technical product information.
• Ability to type at least 45 WPM.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide sales support to customers and sales representatives.
• Prepare quotes and assist with order entry and order tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering, warehouse, and other internal teams to resolve customer inquiries.
• Expedite orders and provide status updates to customers.
• Assist with restocking requests and product troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.
• Utilize Outlook, Excel, SAP, and CRM tools to manage daily responsibilities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
