Job summary

Fluke, a Fortive company, is seeking an Order Management professional to handle US direct customers' purchase orders, enabling the receipt-to-cash cycle. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to ensure accurate POs, timely processing, and compliant terms.

The role emphasizes problem resolution, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across Accounts Receivable, Shipping and Tech Support, with a focus on meeting internal deadlines and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle; 2+ years desired.
• Government/DoD contract support desired.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage competing priorities within demanding timeframes.
• Experience working productively in a team environment.
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle and Outlook (WAWF, Five9s).

Responsibilities

• Input and manage US direct customers' purchase orders; support receipt to cash.
• Oversee deadlines and ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
• Reconcile POs against procedures, profiles, and pricelists for data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Customers and Sales Managers to resolve issues.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries; provide updates.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment terms and credit.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to delivery, price, order status.
• Assist in other departmental responsibilities as needed.
