Job summary

Responsibilities

• Confirm receipt of orders received via e-mail.
• Review and enter e-mail orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Routinely update Navpoint with ship-to addresses, contacts, and prospects.
• Communicate discrepancies or changes to customers regarding orders.
• Coordinate with outside sales and internal departments to meet customer requirements.
• Enter customer concerns or complaints into the system.
• Participate as an active member of the Operator ACD Phone line.
• Assist in other projects as assigned.
