Formación

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
• Preference for food processing industry experience.

Responsabilidades

• Process orders received through platforms such as EDI, email, fax and phone.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of customer interactions and reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Warehouse Operations.
• Write and maintain standard work instructions for the Order Center.
• Support and lead issue resolution with customers and internal departments.
