Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a Customer Service Representative role.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; enrollment in LEAN/BEST 212 training is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received through multiple channels (EDI, email, fax, phone).
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely order processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Warehouse Operations to fulfill orders.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, lead times and delivery.
• Prepare reports and contribute to performance indicators for the assigned business unit.
