Job summary

Morton Industries, a long-standing provider in tube, sheet, and enclosure fabrication, seeks an Order Analyst to validate daily EDI demand, coordinate New Part and New PO workflows, and manage pricing and customer orders. You will collaborate with Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

Load pricing in Epicor, monitor workflow aging, and support KPI reporting while driving continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems and price/purchase order changes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Validate daily EDI demand and coordinate New Part / New PO workflows.
• Monitor pricing, quotations, and customer orders for accuracy.
• Review POs for EDI customers and identify discrepancies requiring follow-up.
• Load and maintain pricing and effective dates in Epicor.
• Support KPI reporting and contribute to process improvements.
