Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions in the ERP system.
• Review vendor invoices, POs, and statements for accuracy.
• Apply GL codes and ensure proper documentation.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
• Maintain organized records and support internal inquiries.
