Job summary

Morton Industries, LLC seeks an Order Analyst to ensure accurate demand and order data in our systems. You will validate daily EDI demand, coordinate New Part and New PO workflows, and manage pricing and customer orders across teams.

You will work with Scheduling, Purchasing, Quality, and Account Managers to keep demands aligned with customer requirements and to support KPI reporting as processes mature.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of relevant customer service/order management experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and Excel is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own daily EDI demand review and compare firm vs forecast demand.
• Coordinate New Part / New PO workflows and pricing with internal teams.
• Monitor workflow aging and follow up to prevent delays.
