Job summary

The Woodruff Arts Center seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the Assistant General Manager in coordinating daily logistical and administrative activities for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. This role ensures efficient scheduling, accurate records, and clear cross‑department communication at Symphony Hall and the Goizueta Stage for Youth and Family.

Qualifications

• Experience in orchestra operations, production, arts administration, or similar scheduling- and logistics‑intensive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Momentus Elite, OPAS, VectorWorks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and distribute daily and weekly run‑of‑show sheets, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact between Operations and Production for services in Symphony Hall and Goizueta Stage for Youth and Families.
• Maintain operational records and reference materials, including department contact sheets, equipment inventories, and event records.
• Enter and maintain venue bookings; coordinate room and hall assignments across ASO departments.
• Coordinate instrument repairs, supplies, tuning services, and travel/service itineraries with vendors.
