The Woodruff Arts Center seeks an experienced Stage Manager to advance, coordinate, and execute production aspects for non‑orchestral events at Atlanta Symphony Hall. You will work closely with touring artists, rental clients, ASO Live, and the Director of Production to ensure seamless, high‑quality events from load‑in to load‑out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical theater, production management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of stage or production management experience.
• Experience in multi-venue or performing arts settings desirable.
• Strong knowledge of stage, sound, lighting, video, and backline equipment.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Advance production aspects for touring artists and rental clients, ensuring coordination and communication for all non-orchestral events.
• Collaborate with Atlanta Symphony Hall Live and the Director of Production on advancing needs and alignment across events.
• Oversee on‑stage, backstage, and technical site planning (stage, sound, lighting, video, backline, streaming, and labor).
• Develop and maintain production and site drawings, timelines, and day‑of‑show schedules.
• Review offers and budgets; adjust expenses to stay within constraints and manage runners, transport, and hospitality.
• Handle load‑in to load‑out operations, ensuring smooth execution and post‑event payroll/invoice processing.
