The Woodruff Arts Center employment opportunity pertains to an Operations Coordinator role supporting the Assistant General Manager for the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. The position coordinates daily logistics, hall and rehearsal scheduling, and on-site operations for Symphony Hall and the Goizueta Stage for Youth and Family, including outdoor concerts in Piedmont Park.

Qualificações

• Experience in orchestra operations, production, arts administration, or a scheduling- and logistics-intensive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with scheduling and production software (Momentus Elite, OPAS, VectorWorks) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with orchestral repertoire, production, and stage operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and distribute daily and weekly run-of-show sheets to departments in a timely manner.
• Serve as day-to-day contact between Operations and Production for Symphony Hall and Goizueta Stage for Youth and Families.
• Maintain operational records, equipment inventories, and event records; update department contact sheets.
• Enter and maintain venue bookings; coordinate room and hall assignments across ASO departments.
• Coordinate with external vendors for instrument repairs, supplies, and travel itineraries.
• Support the Assistant General Manager and VP & General Manager in applying CBA provisions and procedures.
• Develop, secure, and manage supertitles for assigned projects.
• Lead logistics planning for runouts, tours, and community events; arrange staffing, travel, and hospitality.
• Support safety and access procedures with Woodruff Arts Center Security.
• Attend rehearsals and concerts on-site to provide operational support and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Artistic, Personnel, Library, Production, Education, and Chorus staff to maintain accuracy and accountability across operations.
