Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in a consulting role servicing cross-industry clients.
• Min 10 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of SDLC, metrics and reports.
• Experience with integration and back-end data connectivity.
• Experience installing/configuring Oracle Applications.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations, including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides.
• Conduct training classes for end users.
• Provide post-production support.
• Identify business requirements, design, process mapping and prototyping.
• Communicate with senior audiences; deliver complex messages clearly.
• Develop business cases to support strategic IT initiatives.
• Meet or exceed billing hours; mentor team members.
