Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of related work experience in a consulting practice servicing cross‑industry clients at a national level.
• Minimum of 10 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience with Oracle Applications and cloud options.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
