Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification and Analytics
• 2+ years with Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management
• 1+ year in Incentive Compensation
• Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years)

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management solutions
• Gather requirements and validate technical feasibility
• Build prototypes and demos for client reviews
• Lead CRP workshops with onshore and offshore teams
• Support testing activities including unit, system, and UAT
• Serve as SME for sales and proposal efforts
