Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Incentive Compensation Lead to deliver setup, configuration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud projects for clients, including CRM, HR and ERP integrations. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics, while leading onshore and offshore teams.

The role requires travel up to 100% depending on client needs and is based in the United States (Washington region).

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.
2+ years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management.
1 year of experience with Incentive Compensation.

Responsibilities

Setup, configuration, data migration, and integration of Oracle Sales Cloud/Sales Performance Management.
Gather requirements and validate technical viability of requirements.
Build prototypes and demos.
Manage conference room pilot (CRP) workshops.
Support testing activities including unit testing, system testing/product testing, and user acceptance testing.
Team lead for onshore and offshore resources.
Subject Matter Expert to help support sales and proposal work.
