Deloitte US Delivery Center is seeking an Oracle PPM Integration Solutions Manager to lead cross-functional Oracle PPM workstreams, advise on best practices, and drive transformation programs for government and public services clients.

The role emphasizes managing design decisions, testing, and readiness while coaching junior staff and collaborating with ERP, GL, procurement, and HCM integrations. Hybrid work from Mechanicsburg area with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and legal work authorization in the United States.
• Minimum 6+ years delivering Oracle-based transformations.
• At least 3+ years with Oracle PPM Cloud and related project financial processes.
• Experience leading 2+ full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
• Hybrid work model with commutable distance to US Delivery Center locations.
• Travel up to 10% overnight; relocation within 12 weeks if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle PPM workstreams across strategy, design, build, test, and go-live.
• Advise clients on project accounting, costing, billing, grants/capital controls, portfolio mgmt.
• Drive workshops to define future-state processes and requirements.
• Manage configuration and design decisions across Oracle PPM modules and integrations.
• Oversee testing, defect management, cutover planning, and readiness activities.
• Manage project economics, risks, scope, timeline, and team performance.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to proposals and practice initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align Oracle PPM with broader transformation objectives.
