Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation maven to help clients digitize using Oracle. You’ll lead workshops, design robust Oracle Cloud Project Management solutions, and drive multi-country work streams.

The role requires deep Oracle experience, strong advisory skills, and the ability to guide teams through design, build, and go-live cycles. The work involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing project execution, and ensuring integrated delivery across Oracle modules and the Oracle Cloud

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience with Oracle Applications.
• Minimum 4 years in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial & Execution Mgmt).
• Minimum 3 years in a functional advisory/consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience).
• Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend robust design.
• Contribute to large-scale global work streams requiring Oracle knowledge.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to create stand-out PPM solutions powered by Oracle Cloud.
• Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions in an integrated environment.
• Understand Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advise on conversion strategies.
• Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
