Job summary

Deloitte’s GPS Oracle practice seeks an Oracle EPM Integration Consultant to design and implement Oracle EPM solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring business outcomes beyond mere configuration.

The successful candidate will work within Deloitte US Delivery Center locations, promoting scalable cloud transformation while maintaining a hybrid work model and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 2+ years of experience in finance transformation, EPM, FP&A, close/consolidation, or performance management.
• 2+ years with Oracle EPM technologies (Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting, EDM).
• Experience supporting at least one EPM implementation or major enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Oracle EPM solutions across planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and consolidation, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, document as-is processes, define future-state finance processes enabled by Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Assist in solution design, testing, data validation, and deployment activities.
• Deliver EPM transformation programs to improve planning, standardize finance processes, and enhance management information quality.
• Support integration, reporting, and data management tied to Oracle EPM and adjacent systems.
• Participate in workshops, testing cycles, training, and go-live support.
