Job summary

Wilsonart seeks a Lead Cost Systems Analyst – Manufacturing to drive design and governance of manufacturing cost and intercompany processes across ERP platforms. This role combines deep manufacturing cost accounting expertise with leadership of cross-functional solution design in Oracle Cost Management, Inventory, WIP/Manufacturing, and related financial integrations.

The Lead owns end-to-end design and roadmaps for cost and inventory accounting, partnering with Plant Finance, Corporate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, IS, IE).
• 5+ years of ERP financial systems experience with manufacturing cost accounting focus.
• Deep knowledge of costing methods: standard, actual, weighted average.
• Experience with Oracle Cost Management, Inventory, WIP and SLA integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing cost and inventory accounting processes in Oracle EBS/Cloud.
• Define standard costing frameworks, cost elements, overheads, and cost rolls across plants.
• Design WIP accounting, job costing, and variance models for insightful analysis.
• Drive cost/process improvements, standardization, and cost visibility across sites.
• Support month-end/year-end close with reconciliations and variance explanations.
