Job summary

Jade Global, Inc. is seeking a Lead Oracle Fusion Costing Consultant in California to drive cost accounting design for Toll/Contract Manufacturing environments.

You will architect cost strategies in Oracle Cloud Cost Management and guide stakeholders on standard vs actual cost methods, overhead absorption, and intercompany margins. We require 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience with 3+ years in Fusion Cost Management Cloud, and a strong consulting background with executive workshop facilitation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of cost accounting experience in corporate finance roles.
• Direct experience modeling cost flows for outsourced/contract manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years total Oracle ERP experience with 3+ years leading Oracle Fusion Cost Management Cloud implementations.
• Proven track record in top-tier process consulting with executive workshops and AS-IS vs TO-BE mapping.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cost Management, SLA, Inventory, Manufacturing, and GL integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process re-engineering for cost accounting flows across direct, indirect, and outsourced manufacturing.
• Architect end-to-end costing strategies in Oracle Cloud Cost Management for toll manufacturing and CMOs.
• Advise leaders on cost element design, standard vs actual cost methods, overhead absorption and variance analysis.
• Define functional requirements for integrations between Oracle costing, MES, 3PLs, and external portals.
• Build cost accounting reporting strategies using OTBI and BI Publisher for gross margin, WIP, and COGS reconciliations.
