Job summary

Jade Global is seeking a senior finance/ERP consultant to lead cost accounting and Oracle Fusion Cost Management Cloud implementations in a global manufacturing context. You will architect end-to-end costing strategies for toll manufacturing, CMOs, and 3PL/4PL networks, and guide cross-functional finance and operations teams.

You will design configurations for Cost Management, SLA, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules, establish cost books and overhead rules, and set up intercompany and transfer

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cost accounting, corporate finance roles or consulting.
• Direct experience modeling cost flows for outsourced/contract manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years Oracle ERP experience with 3+ years leading Oracle Fusion Cost Management Cloud implementations.
• Proven top-tier process consulting experience: workshops, AS-IS vs TO-BE mapping, change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process re-engineering and fit-gap analysis for cost accounting flows.
• Architect end-to-end costing strategies in Oracle Cloud Cost Management for toll manufacturing, CMOs, turnkey manufacturing, and 3PL/4PL networks.
• Advise corporate finance and operations on cost element design, standard vs actual costing, overhead absorption, variance analysis, and intercompany markup structures.
• Design and configure Oracle Cost Management, SLA, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing modules and establish cost books, cost elements, and overhead rules.
• Configure multi-currency cost accounting, transfer pricing, and intercompany margin eliminations for global supply chains.
• Define integration requirements between Oracle Cloud Costing, MES, 3PLs, and external CMO portals; build cost accounting reporting strategies with OTBI, FR Web Studio, and BI Publisher for GM, WIP, and COGS reconciliations.
• Oversee data conversion for item costs, WIP balances, and historical cost layers during cutover with 100% reconciliation to legacy ledgers.
