Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces seeks a Manager, Financial Systems to lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial systems across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Financials.

You will own the strategic roadmap, standardize processes, and partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional teams to enable data integrity and informed decision-making. This is a leadership role in a multi-phase ERP transformation with a focus on finance applications.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10+ years in financial systems
• Hands-on implementation experience with Oracle modules: GL, AR, AP, FA, Purchasing, Cash Management, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical teams for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials
• Establish and maintain Center of Excellence for operational finance processes and applications
• Oversee release management, data conversion, go-live, and post-production support
