Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to lead the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of financial systems across Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud Financials. This role combines deep financial systems expertise with leadership of high-performing teams in a complex ERP transformation.

You will own the strategic roadmap, standardize processes across units, and partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive data integrity and informed business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial systems, including hands-on implementation of Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Experience in at least three EBS implementation cycles in current release of Oracle EBS Applications (R12) or Oracle Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle modules including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Cash Management, SLA (Subledger Accounting), EB‑Tax, and Costing.
• Complete and thorough knowledge of ERP integration across Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing processes.
• Prior experience working with businesses that have intercompany and multi‑currency transactions in a global business environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing performance, and developing talent in a matrixed or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of functional and technical professionals.
• Act as functional lead for Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials across business units.
• Create and maintain a Center of Excellence for finance processes and associated applications.
• Plan and deliver strategic and tactical initiatives to the business using Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Promote the adoption of best practices in finance application management and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide functional leadership for projects, enhancements, and rollouts including testing strategy.
• Enable and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• Cross‑functional workshops to capture business requirements and design future‑state processes.
• Translate strategic business objectives into detailed functional designs and Oracle configurations.
• Oversee data conversion, cutover planning, go‑live execution, and post‑production support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and IT to align system design with business goals.
• Lead organizational change management efforts to support system transformation.
