Job summary

Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces is seeking a Lead Cost Systems Analyst – Manufacturing to drive design and governance of cost and intercompany processes across our ERP platforms. You will act as the functional lead for manufacturing cost accounting within Oracle Cost Management,Inventory, and WIP, guiding standard costing design and cost rolls across plants.

You will partner with Plant Finance, Corporate Control, Operations, and IT to standardize processes, improve cost transparency, and support

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of ERP-based financial systems experience with 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory across multiple plants.
• Deep knowledge of standard costing, overhead allocation, WIP, and inventory valuation.
• Experience with Oracle Cost Management, Inventory, WIP in Oracle EBS (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and standardize processes across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and governance for cost and inventory accounting in Oracle across plants and business units.
• Define standard costing frameworks, overhead structures, and cost roll practices.
• Design and govern intercompany pricing, cost flows, and settlements; ensure multi-entity, multi-currency consistency.
• mentor and train analysts; develop process maps, documentation, and training materials.
