Job summary

Ibility seeks a Training Solution Consultant to embeddedly support Tier 1 SME teams with site-specific training and user assistance. The role involves coordinating refresher training, updating training content, and driving adoption of Oracle Health EHR workflows and tools.

Some travel and a 1099 contractor arrangement are expected. The ideal candidate will translate complex processes into actionable learning materials, facilitate sessions, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

Experience delivering training or end-user support in business/technical environments.
Experience with Oracle Health EHR end-user training, adoption, and workflow changes.
Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning content.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Experience identifying learning needs and recommending training solutions.
Ability to work independently while embedded in a cross-functional team.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests.

Responsibilities

Embed within Tier 1 SME team and understand workflows, processes, and training materials.
Advise SMEs on training content updates prompted by changes.
Maintain training materials, FAQs, and job aids with SMEs.
Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests.
Deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, and office hours as needed.
Assess gaps and provide recommendations for interventions.
Track training activity and report findings to Tier team.
Identify appropriate training modalities based on gaps.
