Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking a Senior Learning Consultant to design and deliver engaging training programs for federal clients as part of a major electronic health record modernization effort.

You will facilitate instructor-led and digital learning sessions, tailor delivery to diverse audiences, and collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to enhance training effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years in training or learning development.
• Experience developing training programs, needs analysis, and performance assessment.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, up to 100%.
• Able to work irregular hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client training sessions, delivering product knowledge and best practices.
• Design and deliver training programs, including train-the-trainer sessions.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training across skill levels for deployment/go-live needs.
• Support ongoing learning initiatives and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training resources for emerging needs.
• Analyze performance data to assess training effectiveness.
