Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and end-user support in a business/operational/technical/healthcare setting.
• Experience with the Oracle Health EHR, including end-user support and adoption.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning content.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently within a cross-functional team.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Proficiency with common virtual collaboration and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team and understand workflows and training materials.
• Advise on changes to training content and responses to user issues.
• Maintain training materials, FAQs, and job aids.
• Coordinate site-specific user-support and refresher training.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
• Track training activity and user feedback and report to Tier team.
• Identify best learning interventions based on gaps.
• Support change-management and communications for new workflows.
• Validate proficiency after interventions.
• Travel as needed for on-site sessions.
