Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops, or end-user support in a clinical, operational, technical, or healthcare environment.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into practical learning content and guidance.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills with ability to work independently within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team and develop understanding of its workflows, processes, systems, user populations, and training materials.
• Advise SMEs and training owners on changes to training content prompted by workflow updates, system enhancements, policy changes, or recurring user issues.
• Maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, communications, and other user-facing resources in partnership with content owners and SMEs.
• Coordinate site-specific refresher training and coaching sessions with local site contacts and other support functions.
• Deliver instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, and drop-in support as needed.
• Track training activity, user feedback, and recurring issues; provide regular updates and recommendations to the Tier team.
